Why one star? In a few words, poor customer service. I often think they forget who the customers are and who puts money in their work pants.
A wonderful peaceful place to be for a weekend or a week. Been going since I was a little girl. Come one come all to Roberts Knoll Campground and have a grand time! :)
There are many good things about this campground, the grounds, the campers, the area.
Most of my 14 seasons were full of great memories. Still know a lot of great people there who I hope continue to have wonderful summers.

I have to mention the RUMBLE STRIPS. The owners encouraged everyone to write letters, but didn't stop them from going up on the rent another $100.

The bad? Everyone has different expectations and they weren't meeting them for me for $3000, soon to be $3100 per season. I'm sorry that I want to swim after 7 pm on a hot Friday night or use the internet for work or entertainment. WiFi is poor beyond the rec hall and the pool closes at 7 most nights. But hey, they have Pickle Ball!

First, I don't just write bad reviews when I'm unhappy with one visit or meal or service. Anyone can have a bad night, weekend, etc. I was here 14 years and I only have myself to blame for not leaving when I still would have given them 5 stars.
