My girlfriend called a week before her payment was to come out to cancel her insurance. Morin was nice enough to neglect sending her an email for cancellation so they could take her payment anyways. When questioned about it they said she should have been notified but it's not their fault and they had her payment processed to be removed from her account 4 days earlier than expected. When asked about the refund they refused saying it's not their fault there wasn't enough time.
Just switch Insurance co after 45 years with a company in Laconia to Morin Agency, Stacey Morin is the best still can't believe the difference in cost. Thank You.
